I'm having trouble logging in

Solution:

  • Make sure you're using the correct email address
  • Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again
  • Try using a different browser or incognito/private mode
  • Check that you're not being redirected to a 404 page (contact us if this happens)

How do I reset my password?

Solution:

  • Click "Sign In" from the homepage
  • Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
  • Enter your email address
  • Check your email for a password reset link (check spam folder)
  • Follow the link to create a new password

My symptom log didn't save

Solution:

  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection
  • Ensure all required fields are filled out
  • Try refreshing the page and logging the symptom again
  • Check that you're logged in (you may have been logged out)

I can't see my patient's information (Clinicians)

Solution:

  • Verify that the patient has completed their registration
  • Check that the patient has accepted your invitation
  • Ensure you have the correct permissions to view this patient
  • Try refreshing the page
  • Contact support if the issue persists

The app isn't working on my phone

Solution:

  • Try using a different browser (Chrome, Safari, or Firefox)
  • Make sure your browser is up to date
  • Clear your browser cache and data
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection
  • Try accessing from a desktop computer if the issue persists

I'm not receiving email notifications

Solution:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Add hello@traceback.health to your email contacts
  • Verify your email address is correct in your profile settings
  • Check your notification preferences in settings
